Given a concatenated alignment and the locations of individua genes specified by "charset" in nexus format, this tool can separate the concatenated sequences into individual genes. The input file (finch.nex) is a concatenated DNA alignment of multiple loci in nexus format and gene locations in the alignments are specified by "charset". If the size of the input file exceeds 8M, it should be put in a folder and submit the zipped folder (please do NOT submit the zipped file).
