Phylogenetic trees are estimated form DNA alignments using maximum likelihood (ML). The input file must be in phylip format. An example phylip file test.phy is available for download. Multiple input files are allowed but must be uploaded as a zip file.

Users may specify the number of bootstrap replicates for the bootstrap analysis. If the number of bootstrap replicates equals zero, the bootstrap analysis is not performed. After submission, a unique web link will be generated for users to download the result of the analysis.
