This tool is able to calculate quartet, triplet and Robinson-Foulds distances for a set of phylogenetic trees. All trees should be in a single file (for example, genetrees.gt). The input trees for quartet and RF distances should be unrooted trees (for example, unrooted.tre), but the input for triplet distance should be rooted trees (rooted.tre).


One file only. | 2 MB limit. | Allowed types: tre gt zip.
