This tool can build Maximum Parsimony trees for DNA alignments. The input file must be in nexus format. An example nexus file hiv.nxs is available for download. Multiple input files are allowed but must be uploaded as a zip file. After submission, a unique web link will be generated for users to download the result of the analysis. 
One file only. | 2 MB limit. | Allowed types: nex nexus nxs zip.
The result will be sent via this email. Please make sure that the email address is correct.
